The Enneagram*
Through the Enneagram*, you'll begin recognizing the underlying motivations and protective patterns you've unconsciously relied upon to find love and belonging, safety and certainty, and a semblance of power and control in your life.
Human Design*
Through Human Design*, you'll explore your unique energetic blueprint and begin distinguishing between what you've been conditioned to believe about yourself and what actually feels true in your body and your life.

And through reflection, conversation, embodied practice, shared experience, and rest, you'll begin moving that understanding out of your head and into the way you actually live.
You won't leave with another version of yourself to perfect.
You'll leave..
-
knowing yourself more completely.
-
seeing your patterns with greater compassion.
-
hearing your own voice more clearly.
-
trusting yourself more deeply.
-
and carrying home practical ways to notice when you've left yourself—and find your way back.
Not a new you. More of you. Welcome home.

From Wednesday night to Sunday morning:
-
Through the Enneagram, we will explore our unconscious patterns that fuel our programs for happiness: our desires to be loved, safe, in control, and how to relax these patterns for greater freedom and choice.
-
Through Human Design, we will explore your unique Strategy and Authority (your body’s natural way of navigating life and making decisions) so you can begin releasing the pressure of how you think you should move through the world and experience more trust, ease, and freedom in being who you already are.
-
Through contemplative practices, we will discover ways to calm our nervous system and connect to our deeper knowing.
-
Through embodied practices, we will move beyond simply understanding ourselves intellectually and begin experiencing what authenticity feels like in the body—using breath, movement, creativity, and somatic awareness to release what we’ve been holding and reconnect with our own aliveness, intuition, and inner freedom.
-
Through rest, relaxation, and solitude, we will allow it all to settle into our bones.

Angela Joy Johnson
As a personal and spiritual evolutionary, Angela Joy Johnson has always pushed the boundaries of how we perceive ourselves, individually and collectively. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working on projects that challenge conventional thinking, including writing the screenplay adaptation of So You Don’t Want To Go To Church Anymore and contributing to a bestselling memoir collection titled Her Unraveling: A Guide to Understanding the Power of Your Emotions and How to Align with Your Intuition.
With an M.A. in Biblical Studies, and as a certified practitioner in both the Integral Enneagram and Contemplative Enneagram, Angela Joy offers a blend of teaching and coaching, providing a profound space for individuals to explore their personal growth as they tap into their inner wisdom and experience a felt sense of greater wholeness. She sees every person as a unique incarnation in this world and uses the Enneagram as a map of consciousness to help others shed more light on their path and experience greater freedom and joy. For her, there is no greater calling than waking up to our truest selves.
Jennifer Wiltse
Jennifer Wiltse is an Embodiment and Human Design Coach who helps women unravel the conditioning, expectations, and ways of being they've accumulated along the way so they can reconnect with the wisdom of who they truly are.
Through Human Design, embodiment, and deep self-inquiry, Jennifer creates space for women to move beyond simply understanding themselves intellectually and begin experiencing what it feels like to trust themselves from within. Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation isn't about becoming someone new—it's about recognizing what isn't yours, releasing the need to live by someone else's rules, and remembering the self that has been there all along.
With a grounded, intuitive approach, Jennifer helps women translate self-awareness into lived experience: making choices differently, relating to themselves more compassionately, honoring their natural way of moving through the world, and giving themselves permission to be fully who they are.
For Jennifer, Human Design isn't another set of rules to follow. It's an invitation to experiment, decondition, and discover the freedom of living a life that actually feels like your own.

What if you could stop trying to figure out who you're supposed to be—
and finally feel at home in who you are?
Imagine
-
leaving a weekend away with a deeper understanding of the patterns that have shaped your life—and, more importantly, the ability to recognize when you're slipping back into them.
-
understanding why you respond the way you do, without judging yourself for it.
-
knowing the difference between the voice of conditioning and the quieter voice of your own inner wisdom.
-
feeling less compelled to explain yourself, prove yourself, please everyone, or get it “right.”
-
trusting your decisions because you're learning how you are designed to make them.
-
having language for parts of yourself you've felt your whole life but never quite knew how to explain.
-
feeling permission to want what you want, need what you need, and move through life in a way that actually feels like yours.
And perhaps most importantly, experiencing the relief of realizing:
You don't need to become someone else to create a life that feels more true.
You need space to recognize the patterns you've accumulated, compassion for the woman who developed them, and the tools to choose differently when they no longer serve you.
That's what Free to be Me is created to be.
